PJ has handled a wide variety of responsibilities in his career spanning nearly three decades which, on the HR front, includes constructing Climate Surveys, establishing Employee Retention plans, designing Performance Management programs (Open Appraisal Systems, KRAs, 360°), large scale recruitment for Indian and overseas plants as well as, promoting employee involvement schemes.
On the Industrial Relations front, he has spear headed and concluded eight Long Term Wage Agreements, apart from handling several Strikes and Lockouts and Court Cases
PJ is a guest lecturer at Madras Christian College.
Yogacharini Maitreyi is a Practical Mystic and a Body, Emotion, Mind trainer and has trained employees of top companies like Ford, Lever Brothers, NASSCOM, L&T and SIBM. She consults on wellness issues, holistic health and organic management.
Maitreyi has specialized in life enhancement coaching for top management and decision makers. She enables them to manage body, emotions, mind and resources effectively and creatively and align it with the universal and harmonious reality. She also provides them with tools and the awareness for out of the box thinking.
Yogacharini Maitreyi regularly writes a Column in ‘The Hindu’ (National Edition) on Wellness and is on the Advisory Board of the World Yoga Council in Europe in 2006. She has also received the Yoga Chemmal (Expert) award in India in 2007. She has appeared on national and international television channels like Doordarshan Star TV, NDTV, and Channel M of Vancouver giving talks and sessions on the holistic aspect of yoga.
Maitreyi lives for most part of the year in Vancouver also running the Arkaya Trust to create awareness about holistic health and create attitudinal shifts among different segments of society.
Mr. Paul James (affectionately addressed as PJ) had always wanted to start a Consulting firm that aims at satisfying specific market needs. On 9th February 2005 this dream became a reality.
PJ developed an Employee Satisfaction Survey based on his experiences in the field which he wanted to present to the market as a powerful diagnostic tool. This is unique because it draws upon the Indian context. The product quickly garnered high profile clients across sectors: Delphi-TVS, Vedanta Group, L&T etc.
